Chef Khadijah Reid; otherwise affectionately known as "Ms. K" has been at the countertop of many kitchens within the Southern parts of America since the age of 7 years old. The very art and concept of southern, cajun and creole cuisine is something that is very deeply rooted and connected to so many stories of confinement, freedom and all areas in between. It was more than the novelty that is often displayed as of late, it (southern soul food), told a tale of strength, struggle and success. With the first plate being sold in Columbia, South Carolina.. it's been a worldwide and worldwind journey ever since.
